This is a prototype. Long-form only — Shorts are detected and left out (the vertical Shorts feed is parked for phase 2). Videos are baked into feeds.json by build_feeds.py (a build step — no YouTube Data API, no quota, no ad-blocking). Playback uses YouTube's own embed player, and it pauses itself when you leave the tab. Clicking a video opens it on YouTube in a new tab. To add channels, judge them on Explore or edit channels.json, then re-run the build. Slop can't appear here — it's an allowlist you control.
